Hello everyone at Team Babymetal.
My name is Ryan and I'm a 33 year old Singaporean touring content producer.
Here is a compilation of my selected works with Ghost (2018-present), Bullet For My Valentine (2015-present), and Megadeth (2024-present).

Job Responsibilities
Across Ghost and Bullet For My Valentine, I handle all still and moving image content capture, as well as distribution, pending approval from the relevant bosses (Tobias for Ghost, Matt for BFMV).
For example,
Pending a caption from Tobias/Matt themselves, I curate a selection of the best photographs from each night with my own autonomy, and distribute them across different social channels like Instagram and Twitter from my own device before bus call every show.
When needed, PR, label, or management will reach out to me for a set amount of images for local/regional press. Pending approval from Tobias/Matt, I will send these out to the relevant parties.
I'm also the on-the-ground person for capturing soundbites or video IDs for various needs throughout the cycle, like Pandora music, Amazon Music, SirusXM, various promoters, festivals shoutouts, etc.
I've recently joined Megadeth on tour, and have done the same as well.
I also handle all tour diary, studio diary, show recaps, or even live music video needs. Some examples of my work are shown below:
Short-form Videos
Recap videos from shows, usually edited and released within 36 hours of the show to maintain relevancy. Restricted to 1min videos for fast viewing.

Long-form Videos
Ghost - Mary On A Cross (LIVE)
After a song went viral on Tiktok, the label commissioned me to do a live video. I produced and edited a multi-cam video, filmed over multiple shows within the same tour, eventually based around a live audio recording from a sold out show in Tampa. I also hired 2 additional camera operators for the Tampa show to get more in-sync shots for the accompanying live track.
Currently at 60million views.
Ghost - Life Eternal (Music Video)
Filmed over the course of 2 tours, culminating at the Palacio in Mexico City, this was a classic compilation video based around the fans, rather than the band itself. Filmed and edited solely by myself.
Bullet For My Valentine - Piece Of Me (Music Video)
Filmed over the course of a tour, this was a live footage compilation-style music video for a studio track.
Bullet For My Valentine - JAPAN SUMMER 2023 (Tour Diary)
Filmed over a couple of days while in Japan for Download Festival.
While She Sleeps - Steal The Sun (Music Video)
Filmed over the course of a hectic, DIY, South East Asian tour. This was purely a run and gun operation with just a portable camera, while accompanying the band around various countries, guiding them to spontaneously act out various scenarios in public, all from a shot list i had drafted up. I also engaged fans of the band to lip sync to the song (usually before doors), to create what I feel was a fulfilling, low-cost, engaging music video.
Long-term Projects
I spent close to half a year with Bullet For My Valentine in the studio, while they were writing their 7th full length record, resulting in a 9-part documentary series.

My work with Ghost and Bullet For My Valentine have found themselves on Album inserts, Vinyl covers, Single covers, merch, boxsets, posters, magazine editorial pieces and covers, etc.

Recognition
I enjoy nurturing long term working relationships with artists, as i believe that a sense of trust built over time will only result in better understanding of a person's soul, which translates to better imagery. Having intentionally done little else, I'm proud of my 8 year commitment to Bullet For My Valentine, and 5 year commitment to Ghost, and counting..
